BUILDING trust and integrity are some of the biggest lessons that Frederick Chin has learnt in his nearly 40 years in banking.
Bankers should not be greedy and should have patience to learn the foundations, especially in a fast-changing world, said Chin, who is head of group wholesale banking and markets at UOB.
Chin said banking has remained an exciting career for him, as it requires understanding across industry sectors, financial markets as well as knowledge of the political and macro environments.
