THE board of Singapore-listed distressed consumer electronics retailer TT International Limited on Tuesday said the Court, at the hearing on March 5, has adjourned the hearing regarding the moratorium extension application to March 26, 2018.
In the meantime, the interim moratorium remains in effect until the conclusion of the application.
The moratorium application restricts all creditors from taking further action against the company.
The company will continue to update on material developments, it said. Trading in its shares has been voluntarily suspended by the company since Aug 4, 2017.
