S i2i Ltd, which is facing heat from shareholders to present a plan to get the firm out of the regulator's watch-list, said two of its non-independent, non-executive directors have resigned.
In a late regulatory filing on Thursday, the mainboard company said Chada Anitha Reddy and Ashok Kumar Goyal resigned due to "personal preoccupations".
