COME 2017, Uber riders and drivers can look forward to new services, innovative product enhancements by the ride-hailing platform, as well as a more humanised Uber brand.
Warren Tseng, general manager of Uber Singapore, told a media briefing on Friday that the company's focus in the new year will be to further improve the experience for both riders and drivers. It will centre efforts on drivers, because "happy drivers equal happy riders".
