THE S$225 million bond sale of United Envirotech Ltd (UEL) received orders exceeding S$1.8 billion, with strong demand from institutional and private bank investors.
The bond sale comes after China's largest conglomerate Citic Ltd became a controlling shareholder with a 55 per cent stake in UEL.
