Union Gas up 16% in first-day trading

FUEL products provider Union Gas ended its first day of trading on the Catalist board at S$0.29, 16 per cent above its initial public offering (IPO) price of S$0.25.
Over 32 million shares worth S$9.6 million were traded. The stock opened at S$0.31, hit a high of S$0.315 and fell to a low of S$0.28 during the day.
