UNITHOLDERS of Ascott Residence Trust (Ascott Reit) and Ascendas Hospitality Trust (A-HTrust) have given overwhelming support to the proposed merger of the two entities.

The resolutions were passed in two separate extraordinary general meetings on Monday.
