UnUsUaL: Looking at 'a certain corporate exercise', but not finalised yet
CONCERT producer UnUsUaL is "looking at a certain corporate exercise" that has yet to be finalised, the company said on Wednesday in response to a trading query by the Singapore Exchange (SGX).
"If or when it is finalised, the company will make the necessary announcement," UnUsUaL said after the market closed.
Besides that reason, the company is not aware of any undisclosed announcement that may explain the movement of its share price, UnUsUaL said.
SGX sent its questions to UnUsUaL at 3.02pm on Wednesday, with the stock having climbed about 9.2 per cent, or 4.5 Singapore cents, to 53.5 cents.
The stock ended the day at 54 Singapore cents, which represented a 10.2 per cent one-day climb. A total of 6.8 million shares changed hands, the counter's largest single-day volume since May.
