Unusual up 10% before announcing Disney on Ice agreement with Feld Entertainment
EVENTS production firm Unusual Limited said that subsidiary Unusual Entertainment, along with a couple of other firms, have signed letters of intent to jointly present 48 Disney On Ice shows in South Korea and Taiwan.
The firms include Barnum & Bailey International, a unit of Feld Entertainment Inc.
The proposed shows include 12 shows running in October 2018 in Seoul, 24 shows in July 2019 in Seoul and Busan, and 12 shows in August 2019 in Taipei.
"The company will make further announcements as and when appropriate to update shareholders of the company on the progress of the deal," said the firm.
Unusual last traded at S$0.665, up 10 per cent, before the announcement on the Singapore Exchange. Over 2.8 million shares were traded.
