A PRIVATE equity fund backed by United Overseas Bank (UOB) is investing US$25 million in one of Vietnam's largest privately owned hydropower companies, Bitexco Power Corp.
UOB is investing through its private equity arm UOB Venture Management (UOBVM). Funds are being allocated from UOBVM's Asean China Investment Fund III.
