UOB plans to issue S$750m notes at 3.5%

UNITED Overseas Bank on Tuesday said in a filing to the bourse operator that it intends to issue S$750 million 3.5 per cent subordinated notes due 2029, callable in 2024.
The notes will be issued under the S$15 billion Euro Medium Term Note Programme.
UOB, Australia and New Zealand Banking Group Limited, Credit Suisse (Singapore) Limited and The Hongkong and Shanghai Banking Corporation Limited have been appointed as joint lead managers for the notes.
The issue date of the notes is currently expected to be on Feb 27, 2017.
