UOB sees building closer ties with partners in its ecosystem key to customer engagement
Singapore
UNITED Overseas Bank (UOB) is working more closely with its partners such as property agents to scrub out the friction behind the consumer financing ecosystem, bringing about stronger customer engagement.
Since July 2017, the bank has built more than five ecosystems, including those focused on cars, property and dining. The property ecosystem, for example, saw UOB partner local property agencies such as ERA Realty and PropNex Realty to cover aspects of the home buying process, from property valuation to online home loan approval.
