UOL's Clavon tops first-day launch sales this year at 442 units

UOL Group's launch of Clavon along Clementi Avenue 1 at an attractive price resulted in the best launch-day sales volume this year.
It moved 442 units at an average price of S$1,640 per square foot during its first weekend launch, UOL said on Sunday.
