COMPANIES listed in the United States performed dismally when it came to reporting on their environmental, social and corporate governance (ESG) performance, compared to those in other major markets, said a new study - with global conglomerate Honeywell and technology giant Microsoft coming in dead last in the overall rankings.
The new analytic survey by Global ESG Monitor (GEM) looked at non-financial reports published by 140 companies listed in Europe, Australia and the US, from the latest reporting season available.
