US dollar extends gains against euro in Asia

THE US dollar extended gains against the euro in Asia on Monday ahead of the release of a closely watched report on the US labour market, analysts said.
The euro bought US$1.1194 in afternoon Singapore trade from US$1.1200 in New York late on Friday. It also fell to 134.40 yen from 134.56 yen. The greenback was …
