[NEW YORK] Wall Street opened higher on Friday (Jul 18), with investors weighing a week of mixed economic signals and earnings reports, while Netflix’s blockbuster profit failed to spark much excitement.
At 09.30 am ET, the Dow Jones Industrial Average rose 54.46 points, or 0.13 per cent, to 44,542.97.
The S&P 500 gained 14.75 points, or 0.23 per cent, to 6,312.11 and the Nasdaq Composite gained 71.68 points, or 0.34 per cent, to 20,958.69. REUTERS
