Utico extends deadline for binding agreement with Hyflux to June 27

HYFLUX suitor Utico has extended the deadline for entering a binding agreement with the beleaguered water treatment firm to June 27.
It has also informed Hyflux of the matter, the water treatment firm said in a bourse filing on Tuesday.
It was previously reported in late-May that Utico, a United Arab Emirates utility firm, told Hyflux it wants a binding agreement signed by June 17.
