Valiram Group chairman dies at 78

JETHANAND Utumal Valiram, chairman of Malaysia-based retail and lifestyle group Valiram, has died at the age of 78.
He "died peacefully on Tuesday in New York City, surrounded by loved ones", said the Valiram Group on Thursday.
