Vallianz faces two foreign lawsuits related to Swiber

CATALIST-listed offshore-support vessel provider Vallianz is facing two lawsuits, from India and Indonesia, in relation to distressed offshore and marine company Swiber Holdings that may involve more than S$10 million in total.
Vallianz said on Friday the suit from India was commenced against two of its wholly-owned subsidiaries, together with Swiber Offshore (India) Pte Ltd, and Oil and Natural Gas Corp.
