Venture names Temasek-owned Vertex Venture CEO as independent non-executive director

VENTURE Corporation V03 on Wednesday announced the appointment of Temasek-owned Vertex Venture Holdings group president and chief executive Chua Kee Lock as the company's independent non-executive director.
Upon the nominating committee's review and recommendation, the board had approved the appointment after taking into consideration his qualifications, expertise and past experience.
Mr Chua is also lead independent director of crane manufacturer Yongmao Holdings and credit and risk-information provider Credit Bureau Asia, as well as director of Vertex Venture Holdings.
Shares of Venture ended Wednesday at S$19.17, up S$0.01.
