THEY teamed up in 2013 to invest in a Malaysian property. But Vibrant Group and Desa Tiasa Sdn Bhd have fallen out, judging from a bourse filing by the mainboard-listed logistics player on Tuesday.
Desa Tiasa has filed a petition in the High Court of Malaya to wind up Saujana Tiasa Sdn Bhd - a 50-50 joint venture between the two firms - and alleges that illegal payments were made, said Vibrant's board.
