THE non-executive and non-independent vice-chairman of Thai Beverage , F&N and Frasers Property died on Friday (Mar 17).
In a joint statement by all three companies on the same day, the boards said that Khunying Wanna Sirivadhanabhakdi had passed peacefully. She was 79 years old.
Khunying Wanna Sirivadhanabhakdi was the wife of Charoen Sirivadhanabhakdi, the chairman of all three companies, as well as the TCC conglomerate.
The boards thanked her for her invaluable contributions to the companies during her tenure as vice-chairman.
“On behalf of all management teams and staff of the companies, the Boards express their deepest sorrow over the departure of Mrs Sirivadhanabhakdi and convey their condolences to Mr Charoen Sirivadhanabhakdi, Mr Thapana Sirivadhanabhakdi, Mr Panote Sirivadhanabhakdi and their family during this difficult time,” said the statement.
