Vincent Tong becomes CEO of iFast’s Singapore arm
He replaces Lim Chung Chun, who will continue to be group CEO and chairman of iFast Corp
DIGITAL banking and investment platform iFast Corp appointed Vincent Tong as the chief executive officer of its Singapore business arm, iFast Financial, on Monday (Mar 3).
He replaces Lim Chung Chun, who also holds the position of group CEO and chairman of iFast Corp. Lim will continue to oversee the group’s strategic business growth across its global markets in this capacity. Tong has been with iFast Financial since 2007. He served as general manager of platform services for its business-to-business division from 2022.
In a bourse filing on Monday, iFast said that Tong’s appointment has received regulatory approval.
He will continue to report to Lim in his new role.
Shares of iFast ended S$0.08 or 0.9 per cent lower at S$8.52 on Monday before the announcement.
