Teams and workers with right attitude and versatility are as needed as leaders

FUTURE-READY businesses need more than just visionary leaders. They need teams that embody the right attitude and are versatile workers. This was the key takeaway from the panel discussion at the launch of the Enterprise 50 Awards on Friday.
Eric Lew, executive director of Wong Fong Engineering, who was one of the panellists, identified six key attributes that he requires from his team - an activator who wants to improve how things are done; a browser who will look out for new trends; a creator; a developer; an executor (ie a project manager); and a facilitator who will look for financing.
