ONE of the most indebted real estate investment trusts (Reits) in Singapore is about to pass the hat around for another bout of equity fund-raising by year-end, after having already done a private placement in June.
With just two months to go before the end of its financial year 2015, Viva Industrial Trust also said on Friday that it wants to change its auditor with immediate effect sometime in November.
