Viz Branz eyeing relisting on SGX after 2013 privatisation

ET TU, Viz Branz? Another consumer stock is coming to market, hot on the heels of coffeeshop operator Kimly's initial public offering (IPO), and notably this one also happens to be a relisting - and on the mainboard.

Viz Branz, which makes and sells instant beverage mixes, lodged a preliminary prospectus on Tuesday, saying that it wanted to use the IPO proceeds partly to pay down debt and invest in a Myanmar joint venture.
