RAFFLES Education Corporation's (REC) core education business has been in decline over the past decade, and the company has recently been in the news for all the wrong reasons.
But its chief executive Chew Hua Seng believes the group's business is on the cusp of "rejuvenation" as it looks to expand its footprint in the region, with a focus on the K-12 (kindergarten to 12th grade) segment. This will, however, take time, said Chew in an interview with The Business Times.
