XinRen Aluminum to delist following completion of takeover by Merit Stand
XINREN Aluminum Holdings said on Tuesday it will be delisting from the Singapore Exchange (SGX), following the completion of the compulsory acquisition of the company by major shareholder Merit Stand Inc.
"The date and time of such delisting is expected to be announced by the company in due course," it said.
Merit Stand in February proposed a S$780 million voluntary conditional cash offer for the mainboard-listed aluminium manufacturer.
