YAMADA Green Resources has appointed Zhou Chen as chief financial officer with effect from Jan 12.
Mr Zhou's past roles include chief treasury officer at Hong Kong-listed China Graphene Group and chief financial officer at Asia Fashion Holdings.
On Jan 12, Yamada announced that its previous chief financial officer, Chew Kim Kuan, had resigned to pursue personal interests.
