Yang Kee Logistics buys Aussie firm Axima for S$34m

Deal is SME's first major international acquisition

    YANG Kee Logistics Pte Ltd has bought Australian company Axima Pty Ltd for S$34 million in its first major international acquisition.

    Axima is a key player in Australia's third party logistics market.
