Yanlord acquires two land parcels in Tianjin

CHINESE real estate developer Yanlord Land Group has acquired two land parcels in Tianjin for about 1.97 billion yuan (S$412.3 million) in two public land auctions, it said on Friday.
The sites are located in Tianjin Haihe Academic Park and have a total gross floor area (GFA) of 262,100 square metres. They were acquired for an average purchase price of approximately 7,517 yuan per square metre of GFA, Singapore Exchange-listed Yanlord said in a press release.
