Yinda Infocomm appoints new CEO 3 years after previous resigns
COMMUNICATION solutions provider Yinda Infocomm has appointed Pierre Prunier as executive director and chief executive officer, the Catalist-listed company said in an exchange filing on Tuesday night.
Mr Prunier, 40, was formerly director and chief strategy officer at International Biometrics, a position he held from November 2019 until now.
He is taking over from acting CEO Qian Zimin, who was appointed in August 2018.
Mr Qian is the cousin of the company's former CEO Qian Zhongcheng, who resigned in July 2018 to take on the role of vice-president of Yinda's parent company Shanghai Yinda Science and Technology Industrial Co.
Yinda shares closed at 13.4 Singapore cents on Tuesday, down 0.1 Singapore cent or 0.74 per cent from the day before.
