YOMA Strategic Holdings said on Friday it would hand over the academic and operational management of Pun Hlaing International School in Myanmar to Education Index Management, which owns the Dulwich College International schools, from Aug 1, 2015.
Dulwich College, which is a private school in the UK, says it has the largest overseas network of any British independent school with five international schools and two high school programmes in China, South Korea and Singapore.
Pun Hlaing International School is situated in the grounds of the Pun Hlaing Golf Estate in Yangon.
"We are confident that this will further cement Pun Hlaing Golf Estate's status as a premier residential community in Yangon," said Melvyn Pun, CEO-designate of Yoma Strategic.
