Yoma Strategic announces changes to board

MAINBOARD-LISTED Yoma Strategic Holdings announced on Sunday (Dec 19) that its lead independent director, Adrian Chan Pengee, will step down on Dec 31 after 9 years of service with the company to facilitate board renewal.

He will also cease to be the chairman of the company's nominating and governance committee as well as member of the remuneration committee.
