Yoma Strategic Q2 profit jumps to S$8.5m
YOMA Strategic Holdings reported a jump in Q2 net profit to S$8.5 million from S$298,000 a year ago, led by fair value gains from the group's telecommunications towers investment.
Revenue for the second quarter ended September increased 25 per cent to S$25 million from S$20 million.
Earnings per share stood at 0.49 Singapore cents, up from 0.02 Singapore cents in the same period a year ago.
No dividend was declared, same as last year.
Over the first half period, net profit rose more than three-fold to S$10 million on the back of revenue that stayed flat at S$43 million.
