YuuZoo back in the black with Q1 profit of US$3.2m
Singapore
MAINBOARD-LISTED Internet stock YuuZoo posted a net profit of US$3.2 million for the first quarter ended March 31, 2015, reversing a loss of US$1.1 million from a year ago, an unaudited financial statement released on Friday showed.
This follows a 58 per cent rise in revenue to US$9.6 million, due mainly to high margins on the sale of franchise licences in Turkey and South Korea amounting to some US$5.6 million, said YuuZoo, which debuted on the SGX mainboard last September.
