YuuZoo buys 30% of Infocomm Asia Holdings for S$2.39m

SINGAPORE-listed social e-commerce company YuuZoo on Monday said that it has acquired 30 per cent of Infocomm Asia Holdings (IAH), a distributor of online and box games in South-east Asia, for S$2.39 million.
The payment to IAH shareholders will be through the issuance of 15 million new YuuZoo shares at S$0.159 apiece, representing a nearly nine per cent premium over YuuZoo's last traded price of S$0.146 on Monday.
