YUUZOO Corporation, whose shares were suspended on Monday by the Singapore Exchange (SGX) for missing a disclosure deadline, said on Thursday that it had been given an "impossible" time frame to put together material required by auditors RT LLP.
The company had missed the deadline imposed by the SGX - under a notice of compliance - to disclose its auditors' opinion on certain items in its latest financial statements by March 19.
