YuuZoo faces SGX queries, compliance notice over results

TWO days before a shareholder dialogue might not be the best time for fresh regulatory issues to crop up.
But that was what befell online media company YuuZoo Corporation on Monday afternoon, when the bourse operator hit it with both a notice of compliance and queries over its latest full-year results announcement.
Pointing to "a number of errors" in YuuZoo's unaudited results announcement from March 1, the Singapore Exchange (SGX) asked for amendments to be made and marked.
