Australia's Fairfax Media dives to 4-month low after PE suitor walks away

[SYDNEY] Australia's oldest newspaper publisher says it ceased talks with two US private equity suitors, after neither lodged a binding offer for the group Fairfax adds it will proceed with its earlier plans to divest its property classifieds division, Domain Group, by the end of 2017.
