EZ-Link launches insurance alternative for the spa industry

EZ-LINK, known for its electronic payment cards, launched on Tuesday its Trust Programme for spa and wellness service providers as an insurance alternative for consumers who purchase prepaid packages.
This follows the spate of sudden closures of spas and similar establishments in the past years, leaving customers who had paid in advance with no means of recouping the unredeemed value of their packages.
