WHILE largely unaffected for now, some companies in the furnishings industry in Singapore - from furniture makers to lighting suppliers - are concerned about potential disruptions to their supply chains if China continues to seal itself off to contain the coronavirus outbreak.
For furniture makers here, a worry is that components may not be shipped here on time, Mark Yong, president of the Singapore Furniture Council (SFIC), told The Business Times.
