TWO years after the luxury watch business recovered from a severe slump, it is facing uncertainty again.
In Singapore, managers of a number of upscale watch boutiques on Orchard Road and in the Central Business District from Raffles City to Raffles Place are already moaning about business being "very quiet", with not a single customer walking into the shop on some days.
