MOBILE newspaper readership in Singapore is growing, with 16 per cent of the adult population reading digital newspapers on a mobile device - whether once a week or daily - up from 12 per cent a year ago.
Going by the latest media consumption figures from Nielsen, digital newspaper consumption using mobile devices is most pronounced among those aged 30 to 44 (25 per cent) and those aged 15 to 29 (23 per cent).
