Nike to launch high-tech hijab for female Muslim athletes

NIKE Inc will launch a hijab for female Muslim athletes next year, becoming the first major sports apparel maker to offer an Islamic headscarf designed specifically for competition, the company said on Wednesday.
Marketed under the Pro Hijab brand, the hijab that is made from a lightweight, flexible material is expected to hit store shelves in early 2018.
