P&G looks to gain market share in Asia-Pacific
It leverages digital platforms and TV to raise awareness of its brands and woos new customers with samples

CONSUMER goods giant Procter & Gamble (P&G), eyeing the fast-growing markets across the Asia-Pacific, wants to put its brands into more homes in the region.
The company's president for the Asia-Pacific Magesvaran Suranjan said the region is viewed as a growth engine for the overall group:
"The growth is accelerating. Our brands serve the consumers in the Asia-Pacific market very well."
P&G's Asia-Pacific operations strip out China and India but include every other country in the region.
