SINGAPORE retailers should not discount the importance of the physical store, says a CBRE report, even as close to half of the respondents in a poll conducted here say they shop online at least once a month.
This is because 85 per cent of the Singaporeans polled still visit a physical store at least once a month, with 56 per cent citing in-store purchases as their most often-used method for non-food items.
