Snacks giant picks new CEO as tastes change, revenue falls

THE snack food giant Mondelez International, maker of Oreo cookies and Ritz crackers, said on Wednesday that it had appointed Dirk Van de Put as its new chief executive.
Mr Van de Put, head of the frozen food company McCain Foods, will succeed Mondelez's current CEO, Irene Rosenfeld, who will step down in November.
