Time Inc to move test kitchens to Alabama

TIME Inc, America's largest magazine publisher, is moving almost all its recipe testing and other food editorial production for its 29 domestic magazines and websites to Birmingham, Alabama, where it is building a food studio with 28 test kitchens, a dozen photography studios and a private dining room.
