Whole Foods accused of overcharging in NY stores

THE New York Department of Consumer Affairs accused Whole Foods Market on Wednesday of overstating the weight of some prepackaged products sold in the company's stores in the city.

Tests of 80 prepackaged products bought in the company's nine New York stores showed that all were labelled with erroneous weights, the department said.
